What is Family Relationships Education?

Family Relationships Education (FRE) courses assist women, men and young people to develop skills that promote positive relationships.

Who is it for?

Men, women and young people who live in the Tweed Shire or the Lower Gold Coast region.

How do we support women, men and young people?

We provide courses and workshops that focus on life and relationships skills. Course participants will enhance skills and increase awareness and understanding in areas such as communication, managing conflict, self-awareness, self-esteem, managing anger, family violence and parenting.

Where

Courses are available at our South Tweed and Murwillumbah locations. Programs for young people are delivered in local high schools.
